OH. MY. GOSH. If you like really dark–I mean, we’re talking teen hookers, lots of drugs and problems, then you’ll love it. I’m a voyeur by nature, so I love reading heavy stories unlike my own so I can almost live vicariously through them, though the books are kind of hard to digest at times. Check her out: Ellen Hopkins. My faves are Tricks, Identical and the entire Crank trilogy.
