I have NEVER made cookies with pudding mix before but I’ve been dying to try!! These look so incredibly soft and anything… i mean anything… with butterscotch chips is a winner in my book! Great recipe Stephanie! I can never have enough cookie recipes.

love the high ratio of butter to everything else in these 🙂 and the 2:1 brown to white sugar – bet they are soooo soft and buttery!
