Fairy Godmother! I love “cake mix cookies” always soft! Yum!
I thought my favourite was the Butter Cake Mix Cookie but you’ve gone and blown that one to smithereens! CHOCOLATE+SNICKERS+SALT=OuuuFaaaa!!

Hi Rebecca! So I’m assuming you just used the 1/2 cup oil and the two eggs into the one box of cake mix, correct? I’m just trying to help troubleshoot what could have happened here for ya. The dough is usually somewhat sticky, so I like to grease my hands or fingers with cooking spray, but it shouldn’t be so sticky that it is nearly impossible to work with. If you perhaps added too much oil or too many eggs, I could see it getting stickier, but otherwise, sadly, I’m not sure what could have happened! I apologize you ended up with saucer-sized messes!

The dough would just stick to my hand so I couldn’t easily mold the cookies. I double the recipe and still ended up with 15, saucer sized messes. How can I remedy this?

Made these and they turned out great! I think I goofed and used too much dough to surround the cookies. Great taste, super easy and very yummy! I can imagine a lot of possibilities with these and other flavors combinations…Thanks for sharing!
