If you don’t have an aluminum pan and have to use glass…is there an adjustment to the baking time?

Hi Jamie! Hm.. do you have butterscotch candy available there? If so, you could try substituting that. My other suggestion would be to use a butterscotch sauce — just put half of the blondie mix into the pan, spread with a little sauce, then top with the rest of the blondie mixture. If butterscotch isn’t popular in the UK, try caramel candies/sauce. Caramel is close enough to butterscotch and would be just as tasty 🙂
